A toning and anti-frizz sealer designed to strengthen the cuticle and repair split ends while providing thermal & UV protection. Infused with Argan Oil and strengthening Quinoa protein. Formulated with Iceplex Bond Builder Technology, a supercharged complex of Amino Acids designed to build keratin, penetrating into the hair cortex and restoring it from within.
