Can The Original Iron be used world-wide?
Take it anywhere your style goes, with Universal Voltage included. Check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds with that of the local mains supply before connecting the appliance to the mains.
Does the Original Iron have an automatic turn off?

Should the plates touch on my Original Iron?
Cloud Nine have created their floating plates to glide over the hair rather than clamping down, this is to ensure that hair is not damaged. When the irons are switched off there will be a slight space between the plates when placed together, however once they are switched on, this gap will reduce and they will glide smoothly over your hair to create some amazing hairstyles.
How do I know when my Original Iron is ready to use?
Once the Iron is switched on the green light will start flashing and will illuminate on 150°C when it’s ready to use. To select a higher temperature, press the button with the arrow facing upwards.
How should I store my Original Iron?
Only put your iron away when the plates are cool and keep the plug away from the plates as this can cause scratches.
